Redeeming your voucher
Most e-gift cards and digital vouchers work in three steps: receive the code from Gyftpe, open the official brand app or website, and apply the code at checkout or in the wallet section. Always download apps from official stores and avoid sharing OTPs with anyone claiming to be "support."
Troubleshooting
- Confirm the voucher is for the same region (India / INR) and channel (app vs web) you are using.
- Check start date and expiry on the product page and order confirmation.
- Retry after a few minutes if the brand reports a temporary error.
